We have many different kinds of events the reoccur throughout the year that help us pursue our mission to know God, grow together in faith, and proclaim him. Whether an event if primarily for fund and fellowship, or whether an event is devoted to study and prayer, these events bring us together in community, encourage us to pursue discipleship together, and challenge us to live authentically alongside each other. Here’s a sampling of our most common reoccurring events.
We love to eat and fellowship together. Grace Family Meals are scheduled all through year. Sometimes right after church. Sometimes in the evenings or in conjunction with a special event.
Our men meet once a month on Saturdays for study, prayer, and great food.
The women meet throughout the year, usually on a Saturday morning. They hear from local outreach ministries, share testimonies, and more over a shared meal. And have great fellowship!
Every few months, we schedule a lunch after church so that our pastors and their families can connect with new folks and vice versa.
Several times a year, we schedule a five week class for folks who are considering membership. This gives our new attendees an opportunity to learn more about our beliefs, commitment to discipleship, and church life.
Three times a year, the members of Grace meet together to hear updates from our pastors, elders, deacons, and ministries leaders. We celebrate what God is doing among us, share concerns and difficulties, and pray for the church.
